A Russian attack injured 35 people, including 10 children, in an apartment building in Ukraine's second-largest city of Kharkiv ni the northeast, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Telegram on Monday (September 28).
Reuters footage showed rescuers clearing rubble at the heavily damaged residential building, while medics carried people to ambulances.
Yulia Baldzhy fled her damaged apartment with her husband and children, stepping over shattered glass. Baldzhy, who is displaced from Kramatorsk, said she had no idea what to do next.
